Wedding Package 1
Our basic wedding package offers a full day’s use of the Seasons Room (8 hours) which includes use of the sound system, the theatre screen for video presentations, banquet tables and seating for up to 96 guests, on site staff when the building is occupied and one hour of event planning assistance.
Wedding Package 2
The mid-range package includes all of the Package 1 amenities as well as a cake table, use of the catering kitchen, and 16’ of buffet table space in the Evergreen Gallery.
Ceremony and Reception Package
This full service package includes all the benefits of Package 2 as well as chapel seating for up to 96, a decorated wedding arch, bride’s dressing room and an upper level room for cocktails post ceremony during which Seasons Room is set up for the reception.
This package includes set up of the Seasons Room for ceremony only, up to 120, decorated.
